Long before it was popular, at the Bombay Pantry we always had a wealth of vegan options to chose from.
With >200m vegetarians in India, a wealth of pulses, spices and vegetables at their disposal, Indian food has always been healthy and plant based.
Many of our original menu dishes going back 20+ years are Vegan. Chana Masala, Dahl Palak, Smoky Cauliflower and our January chef’s special Gobhi Thoran (stir fried brussels sprout with chilli and mustard seeds served with a coconut rice) is just the way to kick off Veganuary.
So if you are full on following Veganuary or looking at a more flexitarian approach, then know that we at Bombay Pantry have always loved our vegan food and continue to develop new dishes for you to enjoy!
