Long before it was trendy, we had lots of fab vegan options on our menu. With >200m vegetarians in India, a wealth of pulses, spices and vegetables at their disposal, Indian food has always been healthy and plant based.
Many of our original menu dishes going back 20 years are Vegan. Chana Masala, our January chef’s special Rajmah Punjabi, for example all date back to our original menu.
So if you are full on #Veganuary or looking at a more flexitarian approach , then know that we at Bombay Pantry have always loved our vegan food and continue to develop new dishes for you to enjoy 🙂
