If you are a new customer through our new online ordering platform(January 2015), we will contact you by electronic means (email) where you will be clearly able to unsubscribe.

SMS messages have a paid opt out number, which the Company pays for. Your number will be removed from the SMS database and you will not receive any further messages.

We may disclose your Data to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 155 of the Irish Companies Act 1963 (as amended).

If you follow a link to any of those websites, please note that those websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. We will provide you with a copy of the Data held by us as soon as practicable and in any event not more than 40 days after the request in writing. There may be a charge to access your Data. We may also request proof of identification to verify your access request.
