Our Vision

Our Vision, since our initial beginnings over 20 years ago, was to make Real food the standard in takeaway food to go.

Being REAL means we only use 60 ingredients you can pronounce, (the only ingredient that is hard to say is Panch Poran) we say NO to artificial anything, hard to pronounce, out of a box science, experiment type ingredients

Using suppliers we trust and have known for decades, and most importantly making our food from scratch; handcut, handcrafted, handmade allows us to stay true to our promise of real, clean, delicious Indian food.

Made from Scratch

We get whole dairy, whole vegetables, whole grains, whole flour, whole spices delivered to our stores every day.

Our teams do all the grinding, roasting, chopping, marination, dough proving and stirring; as food that is made better, tastes better. Fact.

We even make our yoghurts and paneer cheese the traditional way.

Sure we make a lot of work for ourselves, but you are worth it!

Transparent Sourcing

We believe in a transparent supply chain and the provenance of our ingredients.

In our stores, you can see the sources listed on the wall (the fact that we make most of our ingredients ourselves helps), and you can watch us prep all the food in our open kitchens.
We use only a handful of key suppliers that we know and trust, having built up strong relationships during our 20+ years.

We are proud to say that we were at the forefront of open kitchens, with the first open kitchen takeaway back in our original Glenageary store, way back in 1997.

Sustainability

Sustainability is a key part of our journey, from reducing food waste to our packaging.

98% of our packaging is recyclable and/or made from recycled material.

And whilst we know the foil containers are not the most attractive, what they lack in aesthetics they make up for in function.

Made from recycled material, once washed they are recyclable.

As members of Repak and Bord Bia’s Origin Green Programme, we look forward to our continued sustainability journey.
