What’s better than a Paneer Stuffed Naan? A fully handmade paneer stuffed naan.
Did you know that our paneer is made fresh in-house every week? The paneer process starts off with the milk being boiled and curdled. The curdled milk pieces are then strained through a muslin cloth and pressed with a heavy object for it to set. Once set, it is cubed up into little pieces and added into your favourite dishes.
The paneer is then grated and mixed in with fresh green chilies, red onion and fresh coriander to create the most perfect filling for our fresh naan.
Our handmade light and fluffy naan dough balls are stretched out and filled with the paneer mixture. This is then slapped into the screaming hot tandoor ovens and baked to perfection.
