ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connections are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO OUR SITE
TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED THROUGH OUR SITE
When you place an order to purchase a product from Bombay Pantry, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you. The following terms and conditions apply to that order.
We process online orders via Realex (third party payment processor). Card payments are secure.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We are responsible for that transaction. We reserve the right to refuse your order should it be necessary.
In the event of Bombay Pantry’s needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.
There may be times where the company may need to suspend the taking of orders via the online store for whatever reason it sees fit, we reserve the right to do this at any stage.
The customer will be notified of this as they attempt to process said order.
Specials are subject to availability
Please note that our products are prepared in an environment that prepares and uses nuts in some of its dishes. Some dishes may contain whole herbs and spices, care should be taken when eating such products.
Minimum order value for delivery applies. The minimum order value for delivery is €10. You will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.
Starters, sides and drinks may only be delivered with a main dish.
Offers, Promotions or Discounts
When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular Bombay Pantry offer, promotion or discount. To take advantage of this facility you will need to enter the appropriate offer, promotion or discount code with your order details.
Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Bombay Pantry offer, promotion or discount at any time.
Delivery and Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
Each store has a limited delivery area. There are very specific maps highlighting the delivery areas per branch. It is your responsibility to check these maps before you place your order for delivery. If you order product for delivery and are not in one of our delivery areas, you will be contacted by the relevant branch and your order will be cancelled or an option given to you to come and collect. We do not accept responsibility for mistakes arising from deliveries that are clearly outside of our stated areas.
We reserve the right to change our price list and menu content without notice.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Comments and Feedback
We value our customer feedback and will enter all comments received into a quarterly draw. The following prize draw terms and conditions are applicable. No purchase necessary. One prizewinner will be drawn . Winners will be notified by phone and post. Signs will appear in shops alerting customers of the prizewinner. Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternatives are available and no change will be given. Promoter Bombay Pantry, employees and agents of the Promoter, or anyone connected with the promotion, may not enter the draw.

UPLOADING MATERIAL TO OUR SITE
