With its origins in Persia, Biryanis favoured by the Royal kitchens of the Mughal Empire, are much loved by Indians today.
Premium aged basmati rice flavoured with our house blend biryani spice mix, is latered with caramelised onions, tomatoes and topped with fresh coriander and crispy onion and your choice of protein. We have added prawns and also a separate vegetable biryani into the mix, as we go back to our roots and dig out one of our original biryani receipes we used when we first launched over 20 years ago.
Hand pounded spices and mixed together by hand and placed into good old fashioned muslin cloth bags and infused into the water as the rice cooks away. Sure we make a huge amount of work for ourselves with these old fashioned methods, but we figure you are well worth it!
